Photo Restoration

  • This photo repair required us to build up the background, converting it from an oval into a rectangle. Following that we applied some color corrected and lightened the image.

  • The repairs on this image were rather difficult. First, we tightened the crop. Following that, the woman was removed from the image, requiring a build up of the man's shirt, as well as his face.

  • This image had some cracks as well as staining. We also tightened the crop and returned the image to its black and white state. Try and keep old photos out of direct sunlight as much as possible, as this will accelerate fading and discoloration.

  • This photo had some extensive cracking. We also color corrected the image.

  • This photo required some color correction and the background color was changed.

  • This was a photo repair done in stages. First, the initial background was removed, and then another was inserted in its place.

  • Photo restoration was challenging on this picture. In addition to the tears and cracks, this photo was covered with a heavy laminate. This can make repair or duplication quite difficult.

  • Another example of sun damage. This photo was converted from an oval to a rectangle, which required building up the background as well as the woman's shirt. Intensive color correction was also necessary.

  • The image was cropped, the background was enhanced to provide more detail and the bottom of the image was darkened in order to minimize damage.

  • This image was extensively repaired. It was lightened, converted to black and white and lighting adjustments were made to the face and hair.

  • Image was heavily damaged, cracks repaired, color corrected.

  • Image cropped, lightened, heavy pattern on the paper minimized.

  • Image converted to black and white, damage repaired, exposure corrected.

  • Image was density corrected, cropped and two people were removed.
